They added a bunch of new stuff such as a reactive AI that responds to your unit development and expands slower or faster depending on mixed counters. The AI will now attack more regularly. Better economy and totally new Protoss and Zerg re-work. Inidividual unit modifications such as SCV repair, Terran struction lift-off, etc. There is also inquiry in the thread about the next version of the AI – whether it be StarCrack 7.1 and StarCrack 8.0.
